"Our Bodies Our Selves" is the fifth studio album by American punk rock band The Mr. T Experience, released in 1993 on the cult independent label Lookout! Records. It is an important and transitional album in the Berkeley band's discography. It marked the band's transformation into a trio following the departure of guitarist John Von Zelowitz.
The album perfectly balances raw new-wave garage punk rock with nascent '90s pop punk, infused with the intelligent, ironic, and melancholic humor of frontman Dr. Frank.
