Pianist and vocalist Dawn Clement has released a jazz album titled "Dear Ms. Dearie," a dedication to the artistry of the renowned performer Blossom Dearie. Supported by musicians John Clayton, Jeff Hamilton, and Steve Kovalcheck, Clement reimagined 15 classic tracks, blending dynamic swing with chamber intimacy in the arrangements. The LP was produced by Matt Wilson and recorded at a studio in Los Angeles. The work received high praise from jazz trombonist Julian Priester, who highlighted the uniqueness of Dawn Clement's performance voice.
