Helisir is a Northern inspired ambient music project, combining various elements from pop, folk, new age, meditation and electronical music. While the overall message is positive, Helisir tends to embrace the melancholic and reminiscing side of life, which reflects through the many compositions.

After thirteen years of activity, the musical project Helisir is coming to an end with the release of its final album, "The Mirror Is An Endless Ocean." Following the distribution of all pre-orders, the limited-edition physical CDs have now become available for regular purchase with no future repressings planned. As a token of gratitude for years of support, each copy includes a personal thank-you note from the project's creator, Lene, who is now moving on to new endeavors.
