James Warren - Tales From Film City (2026)

James Kirk, co-founder of the cult indie band Orange Juice, and Warren McIntyre of Starry Skies have joined forces to form the duo Warren James. Their debut album, Tales From Film City, was recorded at the Film City studio in Glasgow, the same location where Franz Ferdinand tracked their debut LP. The record features contributions from Gerard Love (ex-Teenage Fanclub) and Chris Geddes of Belle & Sebastian. The release is available in a limited run on CDs and colored vinyl.
