Jane Getter Premonition - Transmogrify (2026)

Jane Getter Premonition is a progressive rock project led by accomplished guitarist and composer Jane Getter, whose career encompasses collaborations with legendary artists and accolades for her compositional work. The band brings together highly technical musicians, including drummer Adam Holzman (known for work with Miles Davis and Steven Wilson), bassist Paul Frazier (collaborated with David Byrne and Nile Rodgers), and other virtuosos. Guest appearances by guitarist Alex Skolnick and other world-class musicians enhance the ensemble. Their album Transmogrify explores change at personal, political, and musical levels. The sound is progressive rock at its most experimental, never losing emotional power. Despite confronting difficult truths, the music carries hope, reflecting a world in transformation. Vinyl editions of the album will be released on August 15th.
