Henry Solomon - Solo Woodwind (2026) [Hi-Res]

Henry Solomon is a Los Angeles-based saxophonist, composer, and producer who has become a key figure in the city's contemporary music scene. Starting his career as a session musician contributing to recordings by Paramore, HAIM, Vampire Weekend, Miley Cyrus, and The Simpsons, he has gradually shifted focus toward his own artistic vision. His discography features collaborative projects: Buscando El Sol with David Binney and GRAMMY Award-winning composer Elori Saxl, as well as Seeing Is Forgetting, recorded in a single improvisational session. In July 2026, he launches his independent label Student, with the debut release being a solo woodwind album featuring nine compositions. Beyond recording, Henry tours extensively—including as an opener on Taylor Swift's Eras Tour—teaches at prestigious conservatories, and curates a residency at Cafe Triste, bringing together legendary and emerging musicians. His style is rooted in classical jazz, organically incorporating influences from pop, experimental, and ambient music.
