La sagrada Familia - La Sagrada Familia (2026) [Hi-Res]

La Sagrada Familia is a Barcelona-based collective that treats music as a form of social unity and cultural dialogue. The group comprises eight musicians, each contributing distinct instrumental voices: from woodwinds (flute and trombone) to a full brass section. On their debut EP, the ensemble explores African and jazz traditions, particularly West African highlife — a dance form that emerged in the early twentieth century — and the energetic, communal afrobeat developed by Nigerian musicians.
La Sagrada Familia's musical vision transcends mere stylistic pastiche; instead, they employ these genres as a language for expressing universal human experience. Their sound explores intimate themes of love, community, and the distinctive joy arising from collective music-making.
