The Slits — "Cut (Deluxe Edition)" (1979 / 2009) is an expanded two-disc reissue of the iconic debut album by the British all-female punk band The Slits, originally released in September 1979 on Island Records (a deluxe version was released in 2009 to commemorate the album's 30th anniversary).

"Cut" is considered one of the most influential and innovative albums of the post-punk era. The band's members—Ari Up, Viv Albertine, and Tessa Pollitt—along with drummer Budgie (later of Siouxsie and the Banshees) and legendary dub producer Dennis Bovell—created a unique sound.
