The album builds on the ideas of their debut album, "Angels of Peckham Rye" (2020), offering an even more cinematic, mature, and conceptual sound.

Naomi Belshaw's violin remains the band's signature instrument, lending academic sophistication, folk motifs, and a psychedelic flair to the compositions. It intertwines harmoniously with vintage keyboards (organs, synthesizers, celesta) and multilayered guitar parts.

The album features five tracks, each representing an expanded musical story ranging from 7 to 17 minutes in length.

The lyrics explore deep emotional themes, dreams, real-life dramatic stories (such as the rescue of a migrant off the coast of Italy in "I Told You I Will" or a mysterious discovery in Yorkshire in "Trickledown"), and the power of healing through music.
