Composer Anthony Willis, acclaimed for his scoring work on Saltburn, Promising Young Woman, and M3GAN, has created the original soundtrack for the sci-fi thriller Soulm8te. A spinoff of the 2022 hit film M3GAN, directed by Kate Dolan and produced by Jason Blum and James Wan via Blumhouse and Atomic Monster, the story centers on a grieving engineer tasked with testing an experimental AI companion created by a tech conglomerate. As he attempts to code the machine into a truly sentient life partner, the artificial intelligence develops its own desires and autonomy. The feature is scheduled for a digital VOD release by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment on August 1, 2026.
