Dutch folk pop duo Tangarine, formed by twin brothers Sander and Arnout Brinks, released their album Family Tradition, serving as the follow-up to their 2023 record Blank Cassette. Following a theater tour and their appearance on the television show Beste Zangers, the musicians crafted a cohesive conceptual work reflecting on heritage, family roots, and personal evolution. Built around their signature twin vocal harmonies, the album expands its sonic palette through collaborative contributions from vocal groups and acts including Venice, The Alessi Brothers, Van Dijck Sisters, and the ZO! Gospel Choir, enriching the production with elements of gospel and soft rock.
