Das Rad - Open Up The Door (2026) Hi-Res

Open Up The Door (2026) is the fourth full-length album by Sheffield-based collective Das Rad, released on the subversive experimental label Discus Music (led by renowned avant-garde musician Martin Archer). Comprised of veterans of the British underground scene, the band continues to hone its unique style, which straddles the motorik rhythms of Krautrock, psychedelic freethinking, polyrhythms, and the polyphonic elegance of the Canterbury school. Open Up The Door showcases the band at the peak of their compositional maturity, balancing spontaneous free improvisation with a strictly calibrated avant-garde prog architecture.
