Jasper Blom, Felix Schlarmann & Sean Fasciani - WonderYears (2026) [Hi-Res]

Stevie Wonder triggered a musical earthquake in the seventies — a string of legendary albums, timeless grooves, and songs that have lived in our collective memory ever since. Now, fifty years after the release of Songs in the key of live, Jasper Blom, Sean Fasciani and Felix Schlarmann reimagine that legacy with their album WonderYears. Saxophone, double bass, drums. The characteristic melodies and rich harmonies you know by heart, used as a launchpad for something entirely new. Sometimes the original song surfaces in all its beauty, just long enough for a glimpse — before the music opens up into rhythmically and harmonically adventurous territory, moving between hushed moments of pure beauty and ecstatic bursts of improvisation. A sparkling, contemporary tribute to one of the most creative songwriters of all time.
