Can you please provide your customer ID and your order number. I will check your specially case. It is not fair from you, to make a payment on our website in accepting of our payment rules and to rant about the website where you got your premium key from. It was anytime possible for you, to avoid our website and to pay for your code in other way if you are not able to provide an exactly amount of paysafecard for the desired product. It is not true, that you your shop balance is lost, if you cant find an old email with the shop code. You only have to know your previuos email addres if you have lost the shop discount code. All discount code a customer gets for an overpayment have almost the silimar spelling like the email addres of the customer. Thats because we know, that the customer can lose its shop code in the future. I only need to know an email address the customer ordered the product last time with to can help him to restore the shop code.
