Sounds fine to me. The quality varies from track to track. Bill Monroe started his recording career in the 1930's, and without liner notes for attribution, we have absolutely no reference for any renditions of the canon offered here.

If you're going to say that something is upsampled from MP3, it would help to point to your audio analysis that proves that statement. There are many tools that will do that.

BTW, I did some random analysis with SPECTRO, and waveform analysis shows no artifacts of MP3, however some songs don't have frequencies above 12K, but that's not an artifact of MP3 compression, just old recordings.
