Bartosz Kajdasz - Find Land (2020)

'Find Land' is the debut album from Bartosz Kajdasz, a producer based in Western Poland. Previously known as Goerserr, Kajdasz made a name for himself as a live performer, for the past few years being active on the local electronica/IDM scene and supporting, among the others, Drvg Cvltvre or Ceephax Acid Crew. Contrary to this, 'Find Land' sounds like a long lost album from 'Artificial Intelligence' series from the 90s: warm and dreamy soundscapes are punctuated by mid-tempo rhythms, clearly steering towards relaxation rather than uneasy. In fact, one of the tracks appeared few years ago on one of the Bleep (Warp-affiliated label) compilations, so the link is more than obvious. 45 minutes of lovely aural landscapes, meticulously assembled by Kajdasz were mastered with warmth and attention to detail by Norwegian cosmic disco legend, Rune Lindbaek.
