Conversations between tenor saxophone & double bass entwine; drawing out delicate notes that allow space for reflection with brooding overtones of tension ever-present. Aidan Thorne struts along the double bass, bowing earthly drones for Greg Sterland's searching tenor saxophone reminiscent of the considered European jazz leanings of early Portico Quartet.
