Monarch - Two Isles (2016)

Southern California based band MONARCH is comprised of three guitarists Dominic Denholm, Thomas Dibenedetto, James Upton, as well as Matt Weiss on the bass and drummer Andrew Ware. Their eponymous debut EP saw the light of day in 2014, two years later then followed by the full-fledged 'Two Isles'.

Over the years they have refined their sound from a heavy rock and psychedelia dominated style to a way more progressive rock attitude. Their next album 'Beyond The Blue Sky' (2019) weaves more complex compositions with Allman Brothers-esque dual guitar lines and an extended range of instruments including vibraphone, organ, synthesizer and saxophone.
