Ivor Bolton - Bruckner: Symphonies Nos. 1-9 (2017) [9CD Box Set]

Alongside those with Simone Young and Stanislaw Skrowaczewski, Oehms Classics is now offering the third Bruckner cycle here with Ivor Bolton. This time it includes 'only' the Symphonies Nos 1 to 9. In its April 2017 issue, Gramophone wrote the following about the Second Symphony: 'The overall impression is one of vividness and transparency, aided by the exemplary recording. Among single-disc offerings of the 1872 edition, Boltons recording is hard to beat'.
