Buick Audra - Conversations with My Other Voice (2022)

My new album, Conversations with My Other Voice, is a memoir-in-songs. The songs are served up in pairs; one from the perspective of who I once was, and one from the perspective of who I am now. There are five sets in total; the stories outline my journey with my own voice, literal and figurative. In lieu of having physical copies of the album made, I wrote a book of essays that correspond with the music.
