Omega 5 is Omega's fifth Hungarian studio album from 1973. It is considered a pioneer in Hungarian rock music in many ways: it was the first time a synthesizer was used (in the song A madár), and the six-movement Szvit composition is the first Hungarian progressive rock recording made jointly by a rock group and a symphony orchestra.
