Jinjer - Cloud Factory (2018)

JINJER is a female fronted Progressive Hardcore Metal band from Ukraine. From 2009 to 2011 the band released a promo-EP "OIMACTTA" (with Max on vocals) and several singles featuring Tatiana. The year 2012 is a "watershed" for the band and they have released new EP "Inhale”. In 2014 band released album “Cloud Factory”.

Titled track “Cloud Factory” has influences of PANTERA, lower guitars and pulp of drums! “A Plus Or A Minus” has screaming vocals with thrashing rhythm, crazy riffs, melody, and aggression going very well together with calmer sounds and even shouting. Fantastic is Ukrainian song “Желаю Значит Получу” with Punk and Hardcore influences and shouting and choir of band, which sounds awesome. “Bad Water” is a nice track with calmer guitars, progressive rate, and TOOL influences. Stronger guitar riffs, SEPULTURA climate are in “Who's Gonna Be The One”, and a GUANO APES similarity is listenable in “No Hoard of Value” where there is heaviness with screaming and also melodic singing with Thrash Metal rate! Interesting track is opener “Outlander” with great guitars, strong machine drums and hoarse vocals. I love her screaming vocals and also melodic chorus.

Generally JINJER is a very interesting band with a female vocalist. They play Progressive Hardcore Metal with elements of Thrash Metal and Death Metal, also Nu Metal. This all gives a unique and modern sound to this band! They could be recognized on the music market very well. Highly recommend for every fan of Hardcore Metal with female voice. I can't wait for what the band will show to their listeners in the future!
