Rhythm Doctor - I Feel It Rising (2017)

South African “musical movement” that was formed in 1981 and which was both a group and an individual, Paul Petersen (according to information provided on the inner sleeve). Doctor Rhythm was formed after the success that Spirits Rejoice had with their 7” single, “Shine On”, on which Paul provided lead vocals. “Shine On” reached #8 on the South African Top 20 in 1980, charting for 12 weeks.
