Gigi Pellegrini quartet - Light as a Butterfly (2023)

Together with Pellegrini, tenor and soprano sax, there will be Ferdinando Argenti on piano, Franco Nesti on bass and Michele Vannucci on drums. Gigi Pellegrini is the author of the songs, which in addition to being wrapped in a jazz atmosphere travel through a journey in composed rhythms, mysterious sounds and themes of various contaminations while remaining lyrical.

Graduated in clarinet in 1990, he immediately began concert activity in the classical, contemporary and jazz fields, continuing his entire musical activity with the latter style, collaborating with musicians of national and international fame. Working with the big band of Barga Jazz, with the Banda Mastroianni, and with light music, blues and funky artists such as Zucchero, Giorgia, Alex Britti and Andrea Bocelli.
