Originally released in 2006 and recorded at Club Transmediale two years earlier, 'In Transmediale' meshes Dirk Dresselhaus and Ilpo Väisänen's industrial drones with Hildur Gudnadottir's elastic cello tones.

Clocking in at just over an hour, 'In Transmediale' captures the noisy resonance of three artists perfectly in sync with each other. Gudnadottir's expertise is well established at this point in her career, and we shouldn't need to introduce Dresselhaus (aka Schneider TM) or Pan Sonic's Väisänen. The two Angels play with oscillators, effects and feedback, erecting towering drone structures for Gudnadottir to mimic and play against with her cello. Slow, dark and at times punishing, it's an improvisation that freezes time, reminding us of KTL as it shifts from pensiveness into crushing noise.
