Robin Wächtershäuser - i saw snowcovered mountains, cloaked in darkness (2021)

Robin Wächtershäuser is an award-winning composer and producer of contemporary classical music and film scores, based in Gießen, Germany. he studied contemporary classical composition in Frankfurt am Main specializing in electronic music during his master´s degree.
he is interested in mostly organic sound for it’s own sake, whether natural or synthetic, and the possibilities of processing it, as well as in analog synthesizers and devices. furthermore, due to his training in classical composition, he also has an interest in acoustic instruments.
when film scores are concerned, he often tries to take a compromising approach to his music, combining orchestral and classical forms with electronic sound design.
furthermore Robin Wächtershäuser is involved in recording, production and mastering for other musicians.

his debut album 'I Saw Snowcovered Mountains, Cloaked in Darkness', is located somewhere between dark ambient, noise, instrumental music, acousmatic, film music and black metal, and is inspired by snow, coldness, mountains, forests, witchcraft and the love of fascination with nature.
