Iviu Pasquali and the group Madricale have returned to Casa Editions with a new album that blends secular and sacred songs. Although none of the singers are professional musicians, they have been singing since childhood. They recorded the album in the chilly winter evenings at the Rapaghju d'Orezza church in the upper Castagniccia region. The album invites listeners to embark on an inner journey, captivated by the unique and soulful voices of the group, reflecting the spirit of traditional Corsican "cantu in paghjella" music.
