Ghawgha is a singer, songwriter, and composer from Afghanistan. Since 2015, she has used her music to address themes of migration, war, and human suffering, especially of women and girls. Her song “Meboosamat” (Kiss You), with lyrics by Ramin Mazher, has become a symbol of resistance against oppression and conservatism, resonating with unheard voices.
