Wet Tuna - Water Weird (2019)

Musicians Matt Valentine and Pat Gubler, formerly of the underground group Tower Recordings, have reunited to form the duo Wet Tuna. Following their solo projects and the release of their debut "Livin' The Die," the group presents the album "Water Weird," released on Three Lobed Recordings. The new record combines elements of folk-blues, country funk, avant-garde, and psychedelia. The album is characterized by an improvisational approach, rhythmic diversity, and the influence of Jerry Garcia. Guest musicians contributed to the recording, creating a rich instrumental atmosphere.
