Produced by Dodicilune with the contribution of NuovoImaie, distributed in Italy and abroad by Ird and in major online stores by Believe Digital, Friday, January 9, 2026 sees the release of “The Void, part II”, new single track and new official music video from the duo composed of Milanese pianist and composer Andrea Goretti and Israeli-born vocalist, composer, and author Sivan Arbel, who has been based in Brooklyn (NY) for many years.

The song, which explores the relentless nature of contemporary life, where constant entertainment and endless distractions make it almost impossible to simply be bored, is inspired by the Indian raga Gujari Todi, transforming it into an impetuous and frenetic energy. The track precedes the release of the album “Bazrima” on physical CD format and on all physical and digital download platforms, scheduled for January 28, 2026.

Formed in 2023, the duo has performed numerous times in Italy, Cyprus, Malta, and Austria. A meeting of different experiences and styles, of composition and improvisation, which converges in a totally original repertoire of great interplay and cohesion signed by both artists, with influences ranging from American and European jazz to Indian, African, and Brazilian music. All lyrics are written by Sivan Arbel.

“Bazrima means “flow” in Hebrew, a word that mirrors the natural exchange between Arbel and Goretti as they move fluidly between composition and improvisation. These songs hold space for the tensions and tenderness of contemporary life, acknowledging its shadows while leaning toward unity and wholeness. The music becomes a gentle offering. A prayer of surrender to the self, to each other, and to the world around us.”
