For this release, CD Tracks 1 to 6 are re-recordings of tracks featured on the original Conspiracy album, Track 7 is re-recorded from the Chris Squire - Fish Out Of Water album, and Track 8 is re-recorded from the Yes - Open Your Eyes that Sherwood and Squire appeared on.
