"27 Top TV Themes and Commercials" is a studio album by British composer and keyboardist Alan Hawkshaw, released in 1972 on the Columbia label (as part of the EMI Studio 2 Stereo series). The album is a collection of instrumental covers and original arrangements of popular television title sequences, series themes, and advertising jingles of the era.
The music combines elements of bold British funk, jazz-rock, and easy listening. Hawkshaw performs on electric harpsichord, piano, organ, and celesta, accompanied by a top UK rhythm section, including Brian Bennett (drums) and Vic Flick (guitar).
