I, Supernova - Asterisms, Vol. 1 (2026) [Hi-Res]

Deep Elm Records announced the signing of I, SUPERNOVA, a solo post-rock project by musician TJ Foster (formerly of The Cast Before The Break and Accents). The debut two-volume album, Asterisms, with Volume 1 releasing on June 12, consists of 16 conceptual instrumental tracks. The compositions were developed over a decade in an Upstate New York studio as late-night improvisations inspired by themes of isolation and a childhood fascination with astronomy. Each song is named after a constellation or an asterism. The project marks Foster's return to Deep Elm Records, delivering a deeply personal, cathartic body of work aimed at helping listeners find inner presence and peace.
