Sonho Meu is only the second live recording from the New York Voices. In collaboration with George Klabin and Tim Ellis, this live concert was captured at The Barclay Theatre in Irvine, CA under the banner of the MetaJax Jazz Festival on July 9, 2022. Featuring a stellar band backing the New York Voices, with Tamir Hendelman (piano), Peter Sprague (guitar), Kevin Axt (bass), Jamey Tate (drums) and Tiki Pasillas (percussion), Sonho Meu boasts a mixture of NYV classics along with some brand-new arrangements, covering iconic composers such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Ivan Lins, Toninho Horta and Dona Ivone Lara. Produced by George Klabin (founder and co-president) of Resonance Records and New York Voices.
