I encountered similar difficulties and not only with this download.
Only the Opera browser managed to direct to the Cloud page.

Anythink OK. Links are valid. Sometimes you have to wait a click twice.

The same as yesterday. The download link doesn't work with various browsers.
On my end
1, it doesn't work with: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Explorer
2, it works with Opera
