It would appear that the ZFT have really screwed up on the co-ordination of this release. It is listed on Qobuz in both 16/44 and 24/96 but not released yet (Please see sddd' comment above). A kind soul extracted the 24/96 audio from his physical copy of the Blu-ray for me. On this Blu-ray rip, the introductory track is longer and a short 'intermission' piece that features Bruce Bickford is included. A shorter introduction and lack of Bruce Bickford 'intermission' feature on this CD version.
