From the first rehearsal to the last take, the making of this world premiere recording of Sciarrino’s 'Ombre nel mattino di Piero' happened without the use of spoken words. During five days of recording, the quartet, a recording producer and two filmmakers lived and worked together on the windswept Norwegian coast – in silence.
