Intimacy in a Fluid World is an ode to posthuman love and displacement, unfolding in nonlinear, cyclic form. Solo ambient sounds produce a landscape of unease, fragile unbecomings as metamorphosis to some new possibility.

The title borrows from an essay by futurist and transhumanist Iranian-American F. M. Esfandiary (aka FM-2030 / Fereidoun M. Esfandiar), in his call for new social relations and "mobilia".

In meticulous, organic sound designs and recordings crafted
over a span of several years, the album ruminates on fragmentary
emotions. The album is a self-portrait in alternative states of
emotional being in the midst of future crises, interspersed with
lyrical episodes and gender-twisted vocals.
