The Milk Factory was founded in 2017 by guitarist Edmund Lauret (Nordmann) and that band’s most recent member Thijs Troch (keys/guitar). Featuring an adventurous horn-section, the group has focussed on refining their characteristically dreamy and richly textured sound.
Those wishing to describe the music of The Milk Factory think of the ethereal atmosphere typical of the ECM Records, the touch of romantic folk and compositions that any singer-songwriter might dream of.
