Pascale LeBlanc - Entre l'érable et le cocotier (2022)

Produced with the support of the Canada Council for the Arts and recorded at the renowned Studios Opus, the album « Entre l’érable et le cocotier » is a work that deepens the subject of cultural identity. By addressing various topical themes, singer-songwriter Pascale LeBlanc reveals a clever and relevant musical universe, built on her own mixed cultural identity of Haitian-Quebecer. She combines French with Creole on musics built with elements from her two cultures, creating a musical style between world music with popular song. On the album “Entre l'érable et le cocotier” we can hear the harmony between two cultures, similar to the sound of a dream come true.
