Ehrah - Beyond The Sky (2024)

Montreal's EhRah (AKA Georges Hraoui), once a relative newcomer to the Synthwave scene, has made a name for himself with his last two albums. Now a more established name, his third album builds on the momentum of the past years and delivers a fresh new EhRah sound palette like you've never heard before!

In this new album, EhRah has had the privilege of working with an amazing roster of singers that include I am Boleyn, Oblique, VENMC, Natalie Gray, Lafanki, and LAU. With such a diverse cast, 'Beyond the Sky' brings a lot of new flavours to meld with EhRah's signature sounds. Whether it's retro funk with songs like 'Feline Funk', or 'Toxic Love., Whether it's a modern hybrid Synthwave with 'Taste of You', or 'Stardrunk', or even if it's instrumental Synthwave tracks that take you on a journey with 'Protos Lux' or 'Anomalies from the Cosmos'. EhRah composed this album in his Montreal home (Canada) starting in 2021 and finishing in April of 2024. This journey led to the creation of ten amazing Funkwave & Synthwave tracks that span the whole 80s Synth spectrum. With such love poured into it, listeners will be looping this album for quite some time!
