Jabula - Jabula In Amsterdam (2024) [Hi-Res]

Pretty strong Afro-Funk from Jabula -- working here without Dudu Pukwana, but hitting a groove that's still pretty strong. The group remind us a lot here of Osibisa, but perhaps with less of the guitar that you'd hear with that ensemble. Tracks are mellowly grooving -- with an easy soulful approach that's pretty consistent all the way through. Titles include "Soweto My Love", "Afrika Awake", "Thunder", "Sorrows", and "I Know My Way".
