A resolutely Caribbean and mixed evening, reflecting Fabienne Reine's music, blending jazz, soul, funk, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms.

Drawing from her Caribbean roots and her love of jazz, soul, funk, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms, Fabienne Reine crafts a mixed, vibrant, and sincere music that resonates naturally in the midst of the May Caribbean Festival. Through this melodious journey, the singer takes us on a journey with the sweetness of jazz, the syncopation of funk, the effervescence of gospel, the tenderness of biguine, and the rhythm of zouk.

Following the recent release of her album "Éko," she offers us an intimate and acoustic version, revealing the very essence of her compositions. A suspended moment where each note resonates like a fragment of history, each melody like an echo of her plural identity. Fabienne Reine is a multifaceted artist of Guadeloupean origin: dancer, choreographer, singer, author, and composer. She has pursued her projects without abandoning one of her passions for another. She has distinguished herself for several years in contemporary dance companies and musicals (La Rue Zabym, The Lion King, etc.). A stage and studio singer, she has accompanied numerous Caribbean artists (Jean-Claude Naimro, Patrick St. Eloi, Jocelyne Béroard, Tanya St. Val, Jeff Joseph, Dominique Coco, etc.) and African artists (Josey, Papa Wamba, Almok, Sissy Mananga, Mj30, etc.).

While visiting Paris in 2005 with the troupe of the musical "La Rue Zabym," she decided to pursue her career there with even greater fervor and nourish herself with new artistic encounters. In 2009, she created "Sa ki andidan'S," a choreographic piece for the Paris Outre-Mer Festival. The creation blends jazz, contemporary, and Gwo-ka, both in gesture and music.

She also performs as a lead singer in various ensembles: the biguine-jazz quintet "Tikafé," the Creole-funk orchestra "Zandoly," and the vocal trio "Kérédam." Drawing on all her experience, Fabienne Reine released her first single, "Dako," in late 2018, produced with the help of bassist Eric Delblond.
