Uusi Jazzi Klubi - at Studio Pelto (2026) [Hi-Res]

The Finnish collective Uusi Jazzi Klubi releases their second album, recorded in the spring of 2024 at Jazzaggression's Pelto Studio. The session was initiated by drummer Aleksi Tanhuala, who gathered a quintet of musicians to record entirely improvised material without any pre-written structures. Out of ten hours of continuous studio jams, six diverse tracks were carefully edited, selected, and divided into "DAY 1" and "DAY 2." The musical content blends elements of avant-garde, meditative modal ambience, dynamic grooves, and exotic mysticism. The vinyl edition features conceptual artwork, flip-over style sleeves, and is strictly limited to 350 hand-numbered copies.
