Venezuelan band, playing all different kind of genres, mostly 'bailables' (salsa/cumbia). The group was formed 1963 in Maracaibo by Sante Pizzari and Mario Zaccheddu. The band is still active in Venezuela.

The album reflects the popular cumbia wave of the late 1970s: danceable rhythms, melodic elements, and coastal and folk themes (for example, "Mujer Costeña" - "Coast Woman").
