Darragh O'Dea - I Am Drunk And Feel The Earth Is Worth Living (2026)

Irish singer-songwriter Darragh O’Dea, known for his acclaimed narrative songwriting and airplay on BBC and RTÉ, presents his second full-length album I Am Drunk And Feel The Earth Is Worth Living. Produced in collaboration with Canadian musician Rob Butterfield, the album was recorded between Canada and Ireland. The project was initially catalyzed by a artwork from Seoul-born, Achill Island-based artist Antic-Ham.

Featuring a global roster of contributors such as Anthony Thistlethwaite, Dan Gaucher, and Jack Garton, the record draws artistic influence from Leonard Cohen, John Cale, and the indie folk rock sound of Wilco. The release represents Darragh O’Dea's most lyrically introspective and musically exploratory effort to date, combining raw, heart-on-sleeve storytelling with unfettered, expressive arrangements.
