Tales from an Island - Impressions from Rapa Nui (originally released in 2008–2009) is the debut studio concept album by the Austrian art rock band Blank Manuskript from Salzburg.

The album is a conceptual work entirely dedicated to the history, mythology, and culture of Easter Island (Rapa Nui). The music chronicles the development of island society: from the arrival of the first settlers through intertribal wars and environmental crisis to the emergence of the religious cult of the birdman (Tangata manu) and a tragic love story.
