Future Memoirs (1997) is the debut studio album by the Swedish space rock/neo-psychedelic band Pseudo Sun, released independently on their own label (PSCD 9701).
The band was formed by musician Juha Nurmenniemi (Juba), formerly of the Swedish psychedelic space rock band Darxtar.
Spacious, hypnotic, and guitar-synth-driven, the band's music draws on the canons of Scandinavian and British space rock: dense layers of guitar synthesizers, atmospheric keyboard passages, a hypnotic rhythm section, and expressive guitar solos. Pseudo Sun's sonic style echoes the work of Hawkwind, Gong, Darxtar, and Ozric Tentacles.
